Ordering Virginia Pesticide Applicator Training Manuals

OPTIONS

PLEASE NOTE:  As of October 1, 2009, we are no longer permitted to accept credit card information on paper order forms or by telephone. Online ordering has replaced these options. We will continue to accept checks, money orders, and government purchase orders with paper order forms through the mail. (At some point we will phase out all paper forms in favor of electronic ordering.)

Ordering Options & Instructions:

ONLINE: Just go to the online order form and complete your order.

MAIL:  Download a training manual order form (see below, under Files), complete it and send it to the address on the form along with your payment in the form of a check, money order or government purchase order.

GOVERNMENT PURCHASE ORDERS: Complete a manual order form (see below) and submit it with your purchase order to the address on the form. These orders must include a Federal Employer ID Number on the order. If you have questions, please call the appropriate helpline listed below.
